Booking Conditions (Babysitting & Nannying)

* The Marbella Nanny Agency strive to meet ALL booking requirements. We must remind clients that during the months of May - September we work SOLELY to the availability of our nanny team

* Although we aim to provide repeat clients with their desired nanny for each booking - WE CANNOT GUARANTEE that this will be the case 

* ALL of The Marbella Nanny Agency team are fully qualified and experienced professionals fully vetted and checked. We understand that clients and families create great working professional bonds but please rest assured if your appointed nanny is unavailable you will be provided with another just as experienced professional. 

* Pre Paid clients take booking priority 

* DEPOSIT PAYMENTS & MULTIPLE BOOKINGS: Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE.

For clients that pay deposits on block bookings or for clients that have multiple bookings, unused hours will NOT be refunded. 

* Bookings are a minimum of 3 hours 

Should The Agency be in need to change or amend your booking ( for example: your appointed nanny) they will do this with the minimum of 24 hours notice. As stated you will always be provided with another fully qualified and experienced nanny/member of our team 

* Should the agency need to cancel your booking they will do this with a minimum of 72 hours notice 

* Our hourly fee involves all travel costs TO & FROM each booking. Should extra travel be required, travel fees will be applied (this is to be discussed & agreed prior to booking)

* Clients are responsible for ensuring parking Is available for nanny’s on all bookings. Should nanny’s be required to use paid public or underground parking, the total cost of this will be added upon completion of booking. 

* Please inform your nanny should you think you will run late for your booking, we can often have multiple bookings on one day and require prompt end times if in need. More often than not nanny’s/babysitters are happy to extend your booking.

❗️𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐘 ❗️

 * A 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit is requested upon booking for:

- Bookings of 30hours or more

- Wedding &/or Event bookings 

PRE PAID / DEPOSIT bookings that need to be cancelled by The Marbella Nanny Agency within 72 hours shall receive a full refund or a choice of moving their booking to another suitable time.  

- Cancellations for non deposit bookings will receive no charge if made up to 72hours prior to booking start time.

Cancellations made after that will receive a 100% charge for their booking.
