About Us

Having taken my first steps along the boardwalk of Marbella, Spain was always a big part of my life before making the permanent move back in 2002. 

Growing up through the spanish educational system, it became very apparent to me that my vocation lies in teaching. It was clear to me that not every child learnt the same way and I was very passionate about exploring different teaching methods to help fellow classmates, who like me, didn’t benefit from our schools teaching mantra. 

I left school at 16 and immediately started training to be a nursery nurse. I studied at International Childcare Education (currently based at St Anthony’s College) and was one of the colleges first students. 

Whilst studying for my exams - I gained my first nannying job, meaning I was working 24/7 as a teaching assistant AND full time Nanny. 

Over 10 years later, I’ve gained many qualifications and valuable experience working in several private international schools and nurseries along the Costa Del Sol and the UK, from newborn - 16 years!

I’ve also been lucky enough to train in several different teaching methods such as Montessori, Reggio Emilia and Waldorf. 

I founded The Marbella Nanny Agency in 2014 when I realised there was a gap in the market for private and affordable childcare during the summer school holidays here in Spain. It has then snowballed into one of Marbellas most valued and bespoke childcare agency nearly 9 years on. 

We provide childcare options to families from all over the globe, whether they are holidaying in Marbella or local families that reside here on the Costa.
